The lamps I received were a very very shiny yellow gold brass, not the aged-brass shown in the photos on this site. Also, the dome shade that came with the lamps is not as deep as the shade shown in the pictures. The area the the lightbulb screws in is very tight and difficult to get the actual lightbulb to touch the bottom so that it turns on. There is no button on the side of the column (I assume to turn the lamp on and off) as pictured in the photos.

It wasn’t the easiest to hang, but I did get it done. I’m so glad I did it very professionally and did everything! But I also like light!

I love this fixture. The black is a great finish, the lights are easily adjustable to make the fixture as wide or narrow as you like. This helps with having more or less direct light.

Have not installed yet because am in midst of a room make over. I spent a lot of time searching multiple sites and found this as best price and the style I was looking for. Once installed I am sure it will add just the right finishing touch.

I absolutely love the look of these lights. The only small complaint I have is that the instructions were difficult to understand. Once you do get them installed though, you’ll love them.
