It will need to be firmly attached to the wall. The installation is standard with white, black and ground wires. It will be easy to replace any current light fixture.

As other reviewers have said, these are beautiful fixtures. We got the white/green. I was having electric work done, so the electricians did the install. Not a cinch, but not unduly difficult. Really happy with this lights in my stairwell and dining room. Even with all the moving clutter, these stand out with promise for all the future decor…and order.
