from what i can tell the bulbs burn out, they can’t be replaced, so plan wisely… we plan to replace these someday in the future but for now these are perfect in our basement…I can easily mount these on the ceiling rafters and plug them into any outlet for good spot effects. When they burn out, we’ll address our needs then, The quality and look is perfect…If they had a dimmer they would be near perfect for our needs. Directions for hanging are easy to follow…did I mention that his artist likes a halfway decent quality look and feel without spending a fortune…they are even packaged well. Perfect for now!
